This 26mm cup hinge is designed for frameless glass doors used in cabinet and display furniture. Built with a hydraulic soft-closing mechanism and a clip-on mounting structure, it supports three installation configurations: full overlay, half overlay, and inset. The hinge is designed for glass doors with a thickness of 4-6mm. The ABS protective cup inside the hinge head provides the clamping surface for the glass panel.
Three-direction adjustment is supported: vertical adjustment of ±2mm, overlay adjustment of ±4mm, and door gap adjustment of ±2mm. Adjustments are made via the two screws on the hinge body.
This hinge is rated for standard glass cabinet doors within the 4-6mm thickness range. For heavier or taller glass panels, additional hinges per door are recommended to distribute weight evenly.
Three base plate options are available: H0 two-hole base, H0S four-hole base, and H0A three-dimensional adjustment base. Selection depends on the side board material and required adjustment precision.
